Here we are again - the last one for now! This weekend has been a marathon. This is Great-Grandma Honeywell's marmalade recipe. Made using lemon, orange & grapefruit

Ingredients
- 1 orange
- 1 grapefruit
- 1 lemon
- 9 cups water
- 9 cups white sugar
Instructions
- Cut the fruit thinly. Put into a pot. Add 9 cups of water and stand, covered, overnight.
- The next morning, boil for 10 minutes ONLY.
- Stand, covered, overnight again.
- The following morning add 9 cups of sugar to the pot. Boil for 30 minutes.
- Pour the hot mixture into sterilised jars and seal.
