Orange Wholemeal Biscuits
A healthy fresh orange flavoured biscuit.

Ingredients
- 125 grms Butter softened
- 1 rind grated (very fine)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 2/3 - 2 cups wholmeal s/r flour
- 2 tblespoons fresh orange juice
Instructions
- cream butter & sugar
- add orange rind
- Add egg and mix well.
- Add coconut and mix well.
- Fold in flour and orange juice.
- Roll teaspooonfulls into balls.
- Place on greased tray and press with fork
- Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes
- Cool on rack
- Store in airtight container fo rup to 2 weeks
