one Bowl Slice                   This is one of  Mums gems.  Very easy and very tasty.  She also calls this No Bowl slice.

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces butter melted
  • 1 cup Nice/Malt biscuits Crushed - any sweet biscuit is fine
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 packet choc bits milk or dark
  • 1 packet slivered almonds
  • 1 tin condensed milk NOT fat reduced!! Why bother!!

Instructions

  1. Combine biscuits and butter and press into 8" square/20cm tin
  2. Layer remaining ingredients in order listed, pouring condensed milk evenly over other layers
  3. Bake in moderate oven 30-40 minutes until golden
