Ingredients
- 4 large Eggs beaten till light and fluffy
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Fielders Cornflour
- 3 teaspoons Ginger Spice powder
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon Spice powder
- 2 tablespoons Plain Flour
- 1 teaspoon Cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Cream of Tarter
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1 dessertspoon Golden Syrup
Instructions
- 1. Beat eggs
- 2. add sugar and beat again
- 3. beat in the sugar
- 4. sift dry ingredients 3 times
- 5, gradually fold into egg mixture
- 6. pour into 2 well greased 20cm sandwich tins
- 7. bake at 190 - 200 degrees
