This is the recipe that Pam gave me (a long time ago) when I was looking for a simple way to marinade meat.- Author

Ingredients
- 1 cup red wine
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- pinch ginger ground
- dash Worcestershire sauce
- dash soy sauce
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients.
- Put meat into liquid and marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, refrigerated.
- Remove meat from marinade and cook as usual.
- Leftover marinade may be used for gravy.
