Lemon Honey Chicken Wings

No idea but it was one of the recipes that I put in the Kewarra Cookbook many years ago.

- I would serve these with rice & salad for a meal or serve them on their own as nibbles/finger food.
Kitchen Wisdom
Unclogging drains: put a handful of baking soda down the drain, then ½ cup of vinegar and cover for 1 min.
Run water to clear the drain.

Ingredients
- 2 Kg chicken wings
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
- Cut chicken wings into 3 pieces at their joints. Put aside wing tips to use for stock or soup.
- Place chicken pieces in greased baking dish.
- Bake in hot oven for 30min.
- Combine remaining ingredients, pour over the chicken pieces.
- Bake for a further 30-40min, basting occasionally. Chicken should be very well browned [nearly burned!]
