This is a combination of instructions from the lasagna noodle packet, and experience.

Ingredients
- 1 basic bolognaise mixture (se Spaghetti Bolognaise link above)
- 6 cups cheese sauce (see Basic White Sauce link above)
- mozzarella cheese
- 2 packets instant lasagna noodles
- 1 packet baby spinach the smallest packet.
Instructions
- Make the bolognaise sauce & cheese sauce as directed.
- Layer bolognaise, cheese sauce, spinach & noodles in large baking dish, beginning with meat sauce, then cheese sauce, then spinach, then noodles. Repeat until you have 3 0r 4 layers. End with a cheese sauce layer.
- Top with a layer of grated mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in a moderate oven for 30-40min [check noodle box for recommended time – it’s different for the different brands of noodles].
