I have no idea where I got this recipe from – I just know that I have had it for a very long time.

Ingredients
- 500 grams fish fillets
- salt
- pepper freshly ground
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley chopped
- lemon juice to taste
Instructions
- Place fish fillets evenly in a shallow baking dish.
- Add salt, pepper, butter, parsley & lemon juice.
- Bake in a 200° C oven for 10-20min. Fish is cooked when flesh is milk white and will flake easily.
