Ingredients
- 30 grams butter softened
- 60 grams cream cheese packaged
- 1 tsp lemon zest grated
- 1 1/2 cups icing sugar
- lemon juice
Instructions
- Beat softened butter and cream cheese until smooth.
- Beat in grated lemon zest, and sifted icing sugar. Add enough lemon juice to get the consistency you want. Beat until smooth.
