Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sultanas
- 1 1/2 cups flour self-raising
- pinch salt
- cornflakes
Instructions
- Cream butter & sugar. Add eggs. Beat well.
- Add sultanas and sifted flour & salt. Mix well.
- Roll teaspoons of dough into a ball then roll in cornflakes to coat. Put on a baking tray.
- Bake in a moderate oven until golden brown.
