Cobb Loaf Dip with Bacon & Cheese
This is another variation of the good old cobb loaf dip. I am not sure where this one came from, but it's just as yummy as the other cobb loaf dips

Ingredients
- 1 cobb loaf
- 250 gm bacon diced
- 1 large onion Finely chopped
- 250 gm Philadelphia Cream Cheese Softened
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese grated
- 1 cup tasty cheese lite, grated
Instructions
- Cut lid off cobb loaf, then hollow out the Cobb loaf and break bread into small pieces for dippers. Set aside.
- Fry onion and bacon, place in a bowl
- Add the Philadelphia Cream Cheese , cream and grated cheeses. Mix well and fill the cobb loaf.
- Place bread lid on and wrap in foil. Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes.
- Remove foil and cook for a further 10 minutes.
- Add the bread pieces and bake for 7-10 minutes to crisp up.
- To serve, place on a heat resistant platter with crispy bread pieces around the outside to use as dippers.
