Cobb Loaf Dip
Stolen from someone who stole it from someone else. Actually I think this recipe came from a teacher I used to work with in another lifetime!! There are several other fillings you can substitute which are all yummy as well.

Ingredients
- 1 250ml Philly Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Chopped Bacon Cooked
- 1 cup Grated Tasty Cheese
- 1 cup Grated Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 cup Cream
- garlic, herbs, Chilli sauce, pepper to taste
- 1 cobb loaf
Instructions
- Cut off top of cobb loaf for lid. Hollow out cobb leaving the middle pieces for dippers
- Combine ingredients and pour into cobb.
- Place in 180 degree oven for approx 1 hour, but check and stir after 30mins.
- For last 10 mins of cooking, add lid and left over bread to toast.
- Serve hot and gooey
