Not sure where this one came from - Mum, I suspect. For some reason, maybe because they were the kinds Mum usually made, I always feel that the best kinds of muffins are blueberry and bran muffins.- Author

- 10-12 muffins
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 cups flour plain
- 3 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup blueberries
Instructions
- Cream oil, sugar & egg.
- Add dry ingredients alternately with milk. Start & end with dry ingredients.
- Fold in blueberries.
- Bake at 180° C for approximately 20-25 minutes.
