Ingredients

  • 4 large Eggs beaten till light and fluffy
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Fielders Cornflour
  • 3 teaspoons Ginger Spice powder
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon Spice powder
  • 2 tablespoons Plain Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cream of Tarter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 dessertspoon Golden Syrup

Instructions

  1. 1. Beat eggs
  2. 2. add sugar and beat again
  3. 3. beat in the sugar
  4. 4. sift dry ingredients 3 times
  5. 5, gradually fold into egg mixture
  6. 6. pour into 2 well greased 20cm sandwich tins
  7. 7. bake at 190 - 200 degrees
