Marinade for Meat

This is the recipe that Pam gave me (a long time ago) when I was looking for a simple way to marinade meat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup red wine
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 garlic clove crushed
  • pinch ginger ground
  • dash Worcestershire sauce
  • dash soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Put meat into liquid and marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, refrigerated.
  3. Remove meat from marinade and cook as usual.
  4. Leftover marinade may be used for gravy.
