Ingredients

  • 30 grams butter softened
  • 60 grams cream cheese packaged
  • 1 tsp lemon zest grated
  • 1 1/2 cups icing sugar
  • lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Beat softened butter and cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Beat in grated lemon zest, and sifted icing sugar. Add enough lemon juice to get the consistency you want. Beat until smooth.
